Branding

Branding

Defining brands with purpose, personality and consistency.

A strong brand is more than a logo. It’s how a business looks, feels and communicates — creating a clear and memorable impression at every touchpoint.

I create distinctive brand identities and logotypes that give businesses the confidence and clarity to stand out. From the initial thinking and creative direction through to the finer details of typography, colour and visual style, I develop branding that is both considered and practical.

I’ve created identities for everything from FTSE-listed companies and established organisations to growing businesses and independent brands. Whatever the size of the business, the aim is the same: to create a visual identity that feels right, communicates clearly and works consistently across every application.

From logo to complete brand identity.

Sometimes a business needs a completely new identity. Sometimes an existing brand simply needs refining, refreshing or bringing up to date.

I can create everything from a standalone logotype or logo mark through to a complete visual identity, including typography, colour palettes, graphic elements, imagery and brand guidelines.

I start by getting to understand the business, its audience, its personality and where it wants to go.
From there, I develop the creative direction and visual language, creating a brand that is distinctive, flexible and built to work in the real world.

Whether it’s a new business looking to establish itself or an established organisation that has outgrown its existing identity, I can help turn what you stand for into a brand that people recognise, remember and trust.

Simon creates eye-catching, original visuals, cool concepts and is a stickler for deadlines and meeting budgets. What more can one ask from him?

Our company partners with Simon on a variety of branding and positioning projects. I can say without hesitation that he is one of the most client responsive and responsible designers I have worked with over my 25-year career. He has great design talent, easy wit, and an ability to cope under considerable pressure.
